The property fit all of our needs. We stayed during Univ of Mich graduation which commanded a premium rate. Peter was friendly, responsive and thoughtful. He purchased a Univ of Mich mug for our graduate. Would definitely stay here again

I will be recommending Peter's properties to any and all travelers through Ann Arbor. The location is perfect. Every business and restaurant you would need is within a five minute drive, or you can get delivery. The public library is also less than five minutes away, so I took my toddler there every Wednesday for a play group. There is a park on the same street as the airbnb with a busy and lovely playground. The neighborhood is so walkable and full of trees and friendly people. I personally wouldn't walk with my stroller to businesses from the airbnb, because the streets outside of the residential area are a little busy, but you certainly could walk. It wouldn't be too long a distance. The space is beautiful and filled with light. Everyone who stopped by commented on what a lovely place it is! Peter was super helpful and generous, and has thought of every convenience, including a well-stocked kitchen (we cooked most of our meals). I highly recommend and will stay here again!

Unfortunately due to our circumstances we were not able to stay as long as we would have liked. That said I would highly recommend both Peter and the location. Peter was very responsive and helpful. We used his dinner recommendation (Totoro) and it was delicious. Location wise it was easy to get downtown from the house. The place itself was really nice. Clean and well appointed. I would recommend to anybody that wants an extended stay.

I'd been living at this apartment for 1,5 months and can surely recommend it. The location is wonderful, one morning I even saw several deers at the backyard. It' quiet place and good neighbourhood. Peter is so helpful. We had a problem with one of the doors inside the apartment and he fixed it immediately. Inside the apartment you have everything for living - kitchen is good equipped and living room is cozy.
