Tiffany and Philippe could not have been nicer. Their place was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. It was very very clean and stocked with some nice amenities that showed their desire for guests to feel welcome. The outdoor space was a pleasant space to relax and read. The location for us was great as it was just around the corner from our son’s family but it is also walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Solano Avenue and just behind Terrace park. We enjoyed our conversation with Tiffany and Philippe and look forward to returning in September.

We were excited to return. As always, Tiffany and Philippe made us feel really at home and kept in touch to see if there was anything they could help with. Everything was spotless and so comfortable. Extremely comfortable place with everything you need. Back yard is a perfect place to relax. They had thought of everything we would need. The coffee machine and selection were spot on. They are situated in a great and safe location. So easy to find a parking spot. We look forward to returning.

This was my second stay here. Very comfortable. Nice walkable neighborhood. If you’re really tall, you might need to watch your head on bedroom ceiling.

I cannot say enough about Tiffany and Philippe as hosts. They were kind, friendly, accessible, interested in my comfort, and extraordinarily responsive if I ever had a question. Plus they are a lovely, interesting couple. I'm just as enthusiastic about the private suite I rented for three weeks. Tiffany who is a successful real estate agent has a great sense of decor and her artistic, elegant touches are everywhere. They have thought of every need someone staying there might possibly have -- from various goodies left here and there to the generous array of Nespresso pods and accoutrements to make the most delicious coffee to huge stack of lavish white towels. The area is quiet and safe, and parking is available anytime of day. It's a super place to walk. I loved exploring the endless ethnic restaurants on Solano -- from Tibetan to Korean to Vietnamese and Mediterranean. This was a superb home base to visit friends and family in the Bay Area.
