Renters beware! This company tries to do everything separate outside of Airbnb. They have a separate agreement they want you to sign BEFORE you get access to the place. They also require you to send a selfie of yourself with your drivers license before access is granted. We were driving in super late at night with 4 small children when we were met with all these last minute requirements to gain access to the place we paid for. I also have my own Airbnb and have stayed at numerous locations. It did not sit well with me that they had all these “extra” outside requirements and rental contract to sign. We already agreed to the Airbnb contract. That should have been suffice. They need to get off Airbnb if they want to follow their own protocols. Overall, the place was decent. The floors were dirty and that was a turn off. But everything else seemed to be fine. I will not be staying at this location again. They need to advertise to people all the separate/added requirements before payment.
