Clonakilty is a diverse and friendly seaside town well worth exploring & Rosscarbery is a village not to be missed! The property is accessed via a quaint and charming lane, with plenty of private parking in a large front yard. From the yard there is a short footpath and steps up to the front path patio and front door to the house. From here there is a beautiful view over the large gardens, an orchard and the green and lush valley. Entering the property via a bright and clean porch you will come first to the living/dining room which has a table to seat 6 people overlooking the gardens below, an armchair and a beautiful wood-burning stove for those cosy autumn and winter nights. The space also has a smart TV equipped with Irish and UK free-to-air TV channels. Adjacent to this is a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster and sink. Further down the hallway at the other side of the house is a large and comfy sitting room for guests to relax or watch a movie on a Chromecast TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. The space has a beautiful 'fire-effect stove' which also has a heating element. Upstairs, there is a clean and modern bathroom with an electric power shower (inside a bath), 3 x large double bedrooms, 1 single room (with all linens and towels provided) as well as plenty of storage space. There is also a remote working desk and chair in the single bedroom, with a view of the gardens below. Directly adjacent to the house, there is a large shed which houses the washing machine.
