Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Kitabu, malgré notre arrivée tardive, il s'est montré très disponible et serviable. Il nous a donné de très bons conseils pour visiter la Gambie et nous a facilité à plusieurs reprises nos déplacements. Nous avons passé un très bon moment à l'écolodge, même si nous sommes restés qu'une nuit. Nous recommandons cet endroit +++

Iain is a very responsive host and was really helpful with all of my questions. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived - Kitabu and Governor were really welcoming and Governor made us a special Gambian dish of Domoda which was amazing! Kitabu, the manager is wonderful and goes above and beyond to look after us, he made sure we had everything we needed. The African round house we stayed in was lovely - basic, but clean and comfortable. The surroundings were really beautiful, right by the beach - a few minutes walk away. There were a few juice bars along the beach - I would highly recommend Badato strand juice bar, Bouba makes great fresh tropical juices - orange, grapefruit, coconut etc. Kartong village is a 25 minute away and has lots of wonderful locally grown fruits and vegetables. The airport is about a 40 minute drive away and Iain can help with arranging the taxi. We made some lovely friendships here - humans and dogs ;) sea view and lucky are awesome! Thank you!

Wow, the kindness everyone showed us was simply phenomenal. We enjoyed our stay so much. Volleyball and boating , and the upmost care from everyone. Thanks in particular to Jacob and Yaya. You all are so amazing!

J’ai passé un très bon séjour à Time Lodge, campement traditionnel à l’Africaine en front d’océan. constitué de 3 cases coupées en 2, ma chambre, très simple, nécessiterait un bon coup de peinture, le changement de la douche ( ou le remplacer tout simplement par le système traditionnel africain au seau et au pot ) ainsi qu’un meilleur matelas quand on séjourne un peu longtemps et qu’on n’a plus 20 ans. ^^ Personnellement, j’ai pu faire de splendides ballades sur le front de mer, avec des restos bars et campements ou s’arrêter pr bronzer ou boire un jus un café ou une bière locale. Devant le campement on peut également bronzer à l’ombre et faire un beach volley tous les soirs avec le staff. Un staff extraordinaire de gentillesse entre Kitabu, le manager, Gofanou qui organise des sorties et prépare à manger des plats délicieux, ou Amie qui peut s’occuper du linge et qui est la reine de l’omelette du petit déjeuner. Je recommande chaleureusement ce lieu ! Ou je reviendrai !
