New construction. Riding distance to back 40 trail. Beautiful home with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has king bed. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds, This property also has a rollout bed so if can sleep 5 people total. This house has a large upper deck with lots of seating, hammock, grill, and hot tub. There is also a lower gravel area with more seating and a fire pit. Garage is game room with darts, shuffleboard, ring toss, ping pong table, and large TV. Apple speakers throughout home. Whether you want to have adventure or chill this home is set perfectly up for both. Several things to keep you busy while visiting or chill in quiet space for relaxation.

What a lovely home! It was so comfortable and perfect for our family to relax and have fun. The deck was my favorite spot, hands down. Would definitely recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay, the home was just perfect for the two of us. We really enjoyed the deck and being able to just enjoy nature. Lindsey was very helpful and easy to communicate with.
