What an absolute delight! Stunning views with wildlife right outside the studio, the accommodation is well-equipped and the bi-fold doors along 2 sides make it feel airy and spacious. The views are amazing and it is extremely quiet and peaceful. The studio is very well situated, not only for the views, but handy for the local areas, and with Winchester and Southampton on the doorstep made it an ideal location for our few days away. Katie and Tim are so welcoming and friendly that you don't feel you are staying with strangers. They truly made us feel at home using their beautiful studio, always happy to help without being intrusive. Brilliant hosts with a stunning studio, great communication throughout. This gorgeous rural retreat is highly recommended and we will definitely be staying again.

We had a really peaceful stay in this beautiful rural location. The studio apartment is overlooking a large field with woodland, there were lots of wildlife right outside the window and great country trails to walk or run, the accommodation is very comfortable and the addition of the pool is a great feature. Katie and Tim were lovely hosts, they made us feel right at home. This rural retreat is highly recommended and we would definitely stay again.

Fabulous last minute break from arrival to departure! With the glorious weather we had, we didn’t even venture. Simply enjoyed the accommodation, views and its beautiful pool! 🏊‍♀️ Lovely welcoming hosts and the odd visit from Nola the dog and a couple of cute tortoises🐕‍🦺🐢🐢 made the stay even better…. Thank you and hope to return xx

An oasis of countryside paradise. We had a fabulous stay at The Studio with the most amazing views. Getting in and out of Winchester during the day and evening was really easy. Whilst at The Studio in was so, so relaxing. The weather was not good enough for sun bathing and the pool but hey, this is England! Katie is a great host and excellent communicator.
