We loved our stay at the property, it was so easy to get around the city with plenty of parking right out front. It’s a nice little area tucked away and perfect for us. I really appreciated all the little touches like the purse hook on the back of the door in the bedroom. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was very clean and nicely furnished. The area was extremely safe and quiet and always had street parking available (and parking permit provided) Joseph had the necessities stocked up and was a call away when we couldn’t figure the heater out. I would definetly stay here again the next time I visit Los Angeles.

We had the pleasure of enjoying Joseph's home for 2 months. It had absolutely everything we needed and we found the accommodations outstanding. It was very walkable and parking was a breeze. It is a great location as it is near many sight-seeing highlights. We loved watching the horses walk down the street as it is across from an Equestrian center. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit!

Joseph war einfach ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Er war stets erreichbar, sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Seine Unterkunft übertraf unsere Erwartungen was Komfort und Ausstattung betrifft. Auch der Style und die Einrichtung ist super. Rancho ist eine wunderbare und ruhige Nachbarschaft in Burbank, nicht weit von allen wichtigen Anlaufstellen und auch als Frau hat mich sich hier stets sicher und wohlgefühlt. In den zwei Monaten unseres Aufenthalts war Joseph stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns schnell wie zu Hause gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank Joseph!
