We rode the Heritage Trail from Dubuque to Dyersville and this was in a perfect location for us. A brewery and good restaurant within two short blocks. You can't beat small towns in Iowa. The locals were so friendly. The condo was spotless and the bed comfortable after a long ride. The only downside was that the railroad dept. working on the tracks right outside that night, but the noise ended fairly early. We would definitely stay again.

Unit is clean and in great location for Dyersville. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive. Only negative is it is price pretty high for a one bedroom with a pullout couch as your second bed. Host made us aware of the sleeping situation before we rented so we knew what we were getting, but still is pricey for Dyersville. It is in a good location for Dyersville as you can walk downtown with restaurants, coffee, etc. with in a few minutes walk.

We were in Dyersville for one night, and Ryan's baseball themed condo in town was exactly what we were looking for! We were specifically impressed with the check-in instructions which were extremely detailed and easy to follow. The condo itself was spacious, extremely clean, and the high ceilings made it feel very spacious. Everything was provided as mentioned in listing. Very close to murals and restaurants downtown, and since it was July, we were extremely grateful for the air-conditioning. Even though there are other condos in the building and on either side of this unit, we heard no noise at all. What a wonderful experience, property and host -- highly recommended! If we are in town again we will look for Ryan's properties first!
