Cute place to stay! Only thing is they needed a $5 deposit for the key, which I luckily had cash. Would come again!

This place is a gem of a find. We thought we were going to be staying in a little townhouse style place and we would up having a decent sized cottage with lots of room for my party. We came in on a Sunday and there was literally no other guest in the entire place and that was amazing. We had the game room to ourselves, the pool, the entire cottage area. It was quiet, and clean, the woman who checked us in was very nice. We were all very surprised and happy and I KNOW this place was the reason that everyone went home happy. I will gladly stay there again if I'm out that way and i think it would even be a cool place for a destination wedding. P.S. The game room is straight out of the 80s in the best of ways.

Spectacular location. Quiet, restful stay. Wished we could have stayed longer. Short drive to Cooperstown.

Owners are terrific! Check in was very easy. It is so relaxing and quiet. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. My only suggestion would be to bring food and drink you will need as closest store is probably 15 mins away.
