It was a great location; we felt at home, very peaceful, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Diane was very friendly and welcome us. We used the kayaks almost every morning, and my kids and wife loved it.

Off the beaten path to a secluded spot on the lake. the house was very clean and all we needed was there. The location was great to enjoy so many things. Mr Shake was our favorite! If you love ice cream it is a must! Cooperstown isn't too far. Plenty to do there. We did so much, Herkimer, Howe Caverns, latern ghost walk in Cooperstown. It was great to get back to the house and relax looking at the beautiful lake. Sit inside or outside! The best were so soft and comfortable. Great place, great views and location. Definitely would recommend! Thank you so much!

Diane was awesome! We had a great stay while we were in town for our baseball team’s participation in the Dreams Park tournament. The morning view of the lake is priceless. The house fit our needs! Our only regret was that we didn’t get to spend much time there as our baseball games and events kept us in Cooperstown all week. Thanks for a great week!

Beautiful location and view!! The lake was gorgeous and the sunset was perfect from the porch! It was a wonderful place for our family to enjoy the week. Neighbors were super friendly as well. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed.

What a beautiful place to get away! House was in great shape and just as described! And the location was amazing! A beautiful lake with a beautiful view! If you are looking to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday, this home is perfect! A hidden slice of paradise!
