Richard was a kind and friendly host who offered very clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The towels, pillowcases, and bedding had a noticeable odor. And we also noticed many live and dead bugs during our stay. However the mattress was very plush and the in unit AC helped make our stay comfortable.

I loved this place for its access to the dog park and the walnut creek walking trail. It was also only ten minutes from everything. The place was decent, but the garage door had to be opened manually to get in and out. The place was fairly clean, but the microwave had a bunch of old food scraps in it. The bed was very comfortable and I would say I enjoyed my stay.

Richard was a awesome host. I enjoyed talking with him. Richard and the place felt right at home. the king size bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in..I will stay here again when I come back to des moines

Wonderful homey room which serves as a calm place to retreat when you are in the middle of a busy schedule. Richard is an exceptionally responsive host determined to ensure a comfortable stay.
