Location was perfect. We were in Eugene for the marathon and I don't think there was any better location we could have picked. House was perfect for 2 couples. If we ever come back we will definitely be staying here again.

We truly enjoyed our experience. The home was clean and cozy, and had everything we needed. This is one of the best Airbnb properties where we have stayed. The location is in a very quiet and scenic part of Eugene, and only a short drive away from shopping and other activities. Livie was proactive and responsive. It was evident that she has put a lot of thought and effort into preparing this house for guests. Thank you, Livie! We highly recommend this property!

I would stay at Livie place next time I am in Eugene! The place was clean and very cozy! I felt very safe and if I had any questions Livie was quick to respond!!

First of all, communication was fabulous. House was beautiful, clean, and in a great, convenient location. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to visit my daughter at UO.

Just as the listing says, it was a peaceful and beautiful stay. The home was so welcoming and warm. Clean with every amenity needed! Livie was very responsive and was the perfect host. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Eugene. Thank you for everything, Livie!
