Delightful period cottage in Wimbledon Village, a stone's throw away from all the shops and restaurants, as well as a five minute walk to Wimbledon Common and it's character pubs. Equally convenient for central London being a ten minute walk to Wimbledon mainline station and District Line tube. This is an ideal location for holidays and/or business stay. This charming, three double bedroom house has been recently refurbished to a high standard to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. The three bedrooms have comfortable double beds and have high quality (White Company) linen. Fluffy towels are provided to make your stay ultra comfortable. The open plan living space with large TV and comfy sofa is the perfect place to kick-back and relax after a long walk on the common.

Penelope’s place is lovely. Great location near to Wimbledon Village and all its amenities. Property is exactly as described; very clean, well equipped kitchen, nicely decorated/furnished and beautiful linen. There is also a parking permit available which is very handy in this area.

Had a lovely stay in Penelope’s place with two young children for a weekend in London. Immaculately clean and very conveniently located, the house is beautiful. Wouldn’t fault a thing. Highly recommended.

Wimbledon Village, renowned for the Tennis Championships, is a vibrant area with artisan shops and restaurants. Adjacent to Wimbledon Common for 'country' walks and pub lunches. Wimbledon is well served with mainline trains into Waterloo (15 minutes) and the District Line tube.
There is paid parking outside the property. Alternatively the house is well served by public transport: buses, trains and tube.
