Guests are provided with their own gate remote to leave and enter as freely as they like. This comes along with a key to the townhouse.

Strictly no smoking inside the townhouse.
•Please close all windows and doors before switching on the A/C.
•Please ensure all A/Cs, fans and electronics are turned off before you step out of the house.
•Kindly do not use the towels outside of house
•Please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle.
•Guests who are not mentioned in the original booking are strictly not allowed on property, any additional person found on property will be asked to leave.
Owner has the right to enter an empty unit if electricals are left on.
•Hanging anything on the railings is strictly prohibited
Additional Services
While the COVID-19 virus is classified as a pandemic, we will not be permitting any guests to have visitors on the property. This is for the health and safety of our guests and staff.
VISITORS
If you wish to have visitors over, that is any person not on the original booking, then you need to advise us through the platform you have booked through and this is subject to approval.
The rules pertaining to visitors are as follows:
- A visitor request must be received through the booking platform
- The ID of the visitor must also be included with the request
- Maximum visitation time is 4 hours
- No visitor is allowed on property after 11pm, any person wishing to stay after 11pm will be chargeable at the extra guest rate
- The number of guests and visitors must not surpass the occupancy level for the property
- Visitor permission is subject to approval
- Any visitor that does not conduct themselves in accordance with property rules may be asked to leave
If you try to check-in with more guests or if we find more guests staying in the house than booked online then the booking will be cancelled. Please ensure the correct number of guests are on the booking to avoid your booking being cancelled.
