Neena was a great host...Her black lab was so gentle n friendly visiting when we swam in the pool, I felt right at home...Suggest a car as shuttle cost can add up, otherwise we were thrilled w all the amenities the villa provided... Love to come back again for future private business meetings and close access to beautiful golf courses. Thx again Neema and your hospitality expert team...Cheers Neil

The staff was great, very responsive and helpful, and the place was very beautiful. There are a few things to do right around Rose Hall, but in general a bit secluded - definitely glad we rented our own vehicle from that perspective (just be ready for some crazy driving!). The dogs from the main property were very friendly and visited daily, but unfortunately barked half the night which wasn't ideal. There were some things in the cottage that could have been better - one of the toilets didn't really work and the AC was hit or miss.

I loved it! Totally Zen and exactly what I needed. The infinity pool and small area of private space had the most amazing views of the mountains and sea. I had a massage whilst there and to advantage of the beach. Though, having come from the beach, I think I would have preferred to spend the day utilising the infinity pool, as I only stayed for 2 nights which was not enough! I didn't meet the owner Nianna, who lives in the main house on the premises, but spoke with her on the phone and met her daughter who was lovely to chat with.

Do not stay here! The host is responsive but not friendly. The babysitting owner lives next door. Their dogs coming over any time, they are aggressive. They bark all night and you have to contact the host. The dogs came over during our massages, imagine the relaxation. I’m not sure why it’s not understood everyone does not like dogs or why they are not confined to a space on the “owners side” of the property. The toilets do not flush most of the time and you will have to fill the back of the toilet up with water multiple times throughout your stay to flush it. We saw a huge spider the size of an adult hand and a woman who was about 4 foot was sent over to kill it, it was at night and the spider ran on the super high roof that is brown. She did not speak English well we were explaining where we saw the spider she was going the opposite direction. We saw roaches. Sofa beds the size of cots smaller than twin beds. The trash was smelly and they took forever to come get it. Just don’t do it

Loved staying here. Was much better in person that pictures don’t do it justice. Very beautiful and relaxing place. The host was very helpful and communicative with everything. The chefs food was great. The location is not far by everything but you will need a driver to go anywhere. Would definitely come back!
