Overall, Santiago's home was nice place to stay and served us well. His friend Vic was friendly and offered his assistance in any way. There was some confusion on how to get the hot water working in the bathroom and kitchen. The instructions, after turning the handles counter clockwise, were to let the water run for a few minutes to obtain hot water. What we discovered for the bathroom and kitchen locations was the valve or the plumbing is backwards. Cold is hot. Would suggest this information should be provided to the next guests to avoid wasting water.

Had a great stay at this townhome. Wonderful location, easy check in and super clean. Would definitely stay again.
