We stayed at the house for the weekend as three of our party were running the Manchester Marathon. It was perfect. The house is beautiful, immaculately clean and an ideal location. Close to a train station and a short Uber or car drive to the closest tram stop. We were all very impressed with the house itself, the attention to detail in the decor is fantastic. The rooms were great sizes, the bathroom spotless and the kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything you would need for your stay! We travelled a long way from Somerset at night and the check in process was fantastic. We really couldn’t have asked for more from and Air BNB (it’s the best one I’ve stayed in) and if we find ourselves needing to stay back in the area, we will undoubtedly look to book this place first! Thanks for a brilliant stay!

Great location in Heaton Moor. Parking outside. House was spotless and had everything we needed. Cot and stair gate were all assembled for us which was brilliant. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

We had a wonderful stay - we instantly felt at home and Dan went out of his way to make our visit great. The house is really nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Dan had left some really welcome extra touches, to make the stay special. We'll be back!

What a wonderful stay and host! even before we booked, Dan's communication was fantastic as one of our party was bringing 15 month old twins. Dan confirmed that he could provide x2 travel cots and that they could be placed in one of the bedrooms. The house itself was immaculate, and it had a lovely garden, although we didn't use it as it was a bit chilly. The kitchen is well equipped and overall very cosy and comfortable for our requirements. Location of the house is great with supermarkets, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Thank you, Dan & Team, for the most enjoyable and relaxing stay, and we would definitely recommend it!
