lia's apartment is located right in the heart of paris. we did not need public transportation to get to the sights and could walk everything by foot. due to the wide range of restaurants and bars right in front of our doorstep we couldn’t help but have the most amazing time! also lia is the most helpful host and answered any questions we had before and during our stay. however i would not recommend the apartment in the summertime as the streets outside are busy day and night (earplugs are a must if you want to sleep with open windows). we did not have any issues with the noise during our stay. for me it’s a 10/10! :) <3

Magnifique appartement parisien rénové, emplacement au plus près du métro, près des magasins et Grands Boulevards. Idéal pour séjourner au cœur du 9e arrondissement! Lia est attentive et fourni toutes les nécessités en quantités agréables: café, thé, céréales, robe de bain et sandales, savon, etc. Le style bistrot parisien du séjour avec la fenêtre sur la rue est très agréable. Un rien bruyant certaines soirées mais rien que des boules quies ne puissent résoudre. La situation et le rapport qualité prix sont exceptionnels. Lia est accueillante et propose des solutions, elle est une hôte attentive et nous reviendrons prochainement dans son appartement.
