Amber and Phil were excellent hosts! Photos perfectly describe this house. Extra towels, shampoo and shower gel were a nice touch. Since three adult kayaks were not available, Amber and Phil purchased a canoe for the site. We enjoyed our journey on the canal using the canoe and kayak.
I recently stayed at Amber's Airbnb and had a positive experience overall. The place was clean and well-maintained, which I greatly appreciated. Amber was also very responsive and accommodating, allowing me to check in early, which was a nice bonus. Initially, the location caught me off guard, but I quickly got used to it. It's about an hour's drive to Tampa, Clearwater, and Saint Petersburg, so it's a bit further out than I expected. However, once I adjusted to the distance, it wasn't a major inconvenience. Overall, I had a comfortable stay at Amber's Airbnb and would recommend it to others looking for a clean and responsive host in the area.
Wir hatten als Familie eine schöne Zeit in Ambers Haus. Angekommen und sofort wohlgefühlt. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Wir haben viel Zeit auf der sehr großen Terrasse verbracht und die tolle Umgebung am Kanal mit seinen vielen unterschiedlichen Tieren genossen. Die Kayaks hatten wir fast täglich im Einsatz und haben bei jeder Tour Manatees gesehen. Ein Paradies für Fotobegeisterte. An unserem Abreisetag haben sich sogar 6-8 Manatees längere Zeit am Steg aufgehalten. Wir würden Ambers Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.
Where do I even start? The check in was so smooth, the instructions were so direct. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get plus the place was so clean. What you don’t get in the pictures is how wonderful the shower in the master bedroom is!! All the time I would take a shower, I never wanted to get out. The bathrooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable…. We were four adults and we were all so comfortable. We played lots of games.. it was really fun. And by the way, you never go hungry as the stores are very near. Amber was communicating right away all the time that I sent I message. Thanks Amber for taking care of your wonderful place.
Was a really nice place to stay in Hudson. I would recommend to others.

My name is Amber and my husbands name is Phil. For the last 3 years we have been buying houses remodeling and selling. While I (Amber) worked full time 9-5 in banking. After years of being tied down to corporate America I decided to take a risk and start keeping some of our properties we have purchased and rehabbed to air bnb. In doing this it allows me to spend the last 4 years with our youngest son before he heads to college. We spend a lot of time at the baseball field. His love for baseball keeps us busy and traveling all over.
