Could been five star. But did not let us know the pool was going to be closed our whole visit and that's why we paid extra to stay in that condo. Then the owner would not respond and do anything to compensate. So it was way overpriced for just staying in a condo. No amenity. The host tried but sometimes was a little abrupt that I was bothering her at dinner when we were there for a family illness and hadn't seen in 6 years and on a tight time schedule. Mostly the management host tried just never got back to us timely due to the owner that wouldn't help us whatsoever. And evolve seem to be messed up when we extended a day after we already paid for it wanted us out very hassles when you're dealing with an ill family member that you're visiting. I stayed in that condos before and never had that issue and the price was more reasonable even with a pool open The unit had some things that weren't updated or repaired but we didn't bother with it. However the unit was nice

Beautiful 8th floor Condo overlooking the Gulf - Gorgeous Sunrise/Sunsets from private balcony. Very Responsive Host there for any questions or problems. Very accommodating for check in/check out when our plans changed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I am writing this review since I can not figure out how to make the notification go away and gave 5 stars instead of 1 star since my experience was not the fault of the host or owner. My family and I were not able to visit this property. I ended up in the hospital the day we were supposed to check in and had to have emergency surgery. We were really looking forward to visiting the property and might try to go again soon. Since we were not able to cancel before the agreed cancelation date, we did not receive any of our money back. I completely understand and do not have any hard feelings toward the owner or host. I wish them well.
