A very characterful and spacious cottage in a lovely location. Tracey provided everything we needed and catered for my little boy with a travel cot, mattress and highchair. The box of toys was a lovely touch too. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Bathroom was spacious however could do with some TLC. We had 2 dogs with us so the shared back area was quite restricting for them to go to toilet but there are plenty of surrounding areas. Perfect location, not too far from anywhere. Into Derby in 15 mins and Matlock in 30 mins. Tracey was really helpful and responded quickly to my messages during our stay. Thank you for a lovely stay x

Loved our stay at this cottage .Very spacious and cosy .Walking distance to 2 village pubs . Had everything you need for a comfortable peaceful holiday

We had a lovely weekend at the cottage. It was very clean & spacious & homely. Tracey was very communicative & answered any questions very quickly. The only downside was no outside at all for the dog however the churchyard is literally over the road so not a problem for a weekend just worth bearing in mind. Also bring your own logs if you’ll want more than one fire 🙂
