We had absolutely fantastic stay for 2 nights celebrating New Year’s at Kate’s beautiful house. House is really big, we stayed as 3 families and it was really comfortable, every family had their on bathroom as well👌🏻 house is a barn conversion hence high ceilings and overall place feels really airy. Hot tub and a log burner are perfect additions and we were actively using them. We also were cooking a lot and kitchen was perfect for it with all pots, pans and bits and bobs available. House was really beautifully decorated for Christmas with a spectacular Christmas tree in a dining room. Kate met us at check in and was very friendly and responsive. Overall - amazing stay and highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Kate's place, we received a very warm welcome and really loved the house. It is a beautiful house, more than the photos suggest and was perfect for our girls weekend. Questions were answered quickly and it felt like nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Kate we loved it!

Our family of 8 (5 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 baby) have just returned from Kate’s home after a week’s stay. The house is in a nice village setting and the layout suited us perfectly. However, after 8 years of family summer holidays (5 with Air BnB) this is the first negative review I’ve had to write. Sadly as the week progressed, there were too many issues to make our stay enjoyable. Some minor issues we could live with eg electrical faults and lack of storage for our food in the kitchen. However the major issues were ongoing lack of kitchen cleanliness and the discovery of pest infestations on the penultimate day. This completely spoilt our holiday, resulting in us having to contact the host during our stay and washing all our belongings once home. Kate was quick to respond, apologetic and will no doubt look into these issues. We also contacted Air BnB at the end of the week to help us resolve things and explain the complaints process. They were also prompt and efficient.

Easy to check in, we was given clear instructions. The place was easy to find and was a beautiful place. Outside was stunning we went to stay for the superbikes and it was a few minutes down the road so easy to get to. Place was in a peaceful location nothing was too far away

Lovely house. Worked great as a base of operations for bride, groom, 2 more couples and kids over a wedding weekend.
