Such a beautiful location for a relaxing week away. Locals are all lovely and friendly. Enclosed garden for dogs and lovely parks near by for long walks. Great location for exploring Devon/Cornwall!

Mollie was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. We were very happy with the quality of the accommodation and it was exactly as described on the listing. I would certainly recommend this property for anybody looking to stay on the Dartmoor area with it’s good access to a variety of walks as well as Okehampton and Exeter.

This is a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with easy access to Dartmoor. The property has been recently redecorated and has plenty of parking on the drive. The host was friendly and very responsive. The little touches like the breakfast pack, toiletries and even a little something for one of our group whose birthday it was really made our stay. I cannot fault this property for those looking for a getaway on Dartmoor. The babbling brook behind the property makes you feel like you're in the middle of the moor, away from it all. Our group travelled from all over southern england to meet up for our trip and this part of Dartmoor is very easy to get to and a plessure to stay in. We look forward to returning.

This was the third stay here recently for my client and again everything went smoothly. Mollie was excellent with all aspects of and I’d certainly book again for any future projects my client may have in the area.
