Mike's place was a great place to stay! The view from the hot tub was great. Super secluded and serene. All the amenities were nice. The water had a strong sulfur smell but the host has a filter for drinking so you really only notice it in the shower or hot tub. My only complaint is the master bedroom's heating unit has a very bright screen that can't be dimmed, and the water heater clunks randomly about twice a minute so if you're a light sleeper maybe try one of the upstairs rooms. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall, great comfy place to stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the layout is nice. It’s very close to the ski mountains but in a quiet place. The hot tub was great and it comfortably housed five adults. I would recommend bringing your own pool towels though as they provide towels for showering but not a whole lot. There is also no grill which I somehow missed on the listing.

We originally booked this place to snowmobile in Gorham but with such little snow that was not possible and the air bnb was non refundable to we came up to make the best of it. We really enjoyed the large immaculate house. We used the hot tub every night and even mornings! It was sooooo nice. The house is very tidy and organized with labels on a lot of things and clear communication about how to maintain areas. The only thing we couldn't figure out is what to do with our recyclables, I really hope they do recycle!! It was very secluded so nice and peaceful with bars/restaurants about 25 min away. One complaint was that the house runs on septic and there was a very potent smell. We greatly enjoyed the soft white blankets in each room however everyone in our party agreed that the beds were very uncomfortable. I would highly recommend upgrading as this is the only thing that would keep from booking again! We appreciated Grace's rec of the watering hole, that was a nice short hike!

Great spot near Sunday River! Perfect for our skiing weekend with friends (group of 4). Mike and Grace were perfect hosts - very proactive and quick responses. Beds were very comfortable - much needed after skiing!

10/10 would recommend and we would absolutely stay again! The location was perfect for a weekend of skiing at Sunday River. The space itself was extremely well kept and well stocked and hosts were very responsive. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
