Come and enjoy our cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage across the road from beautiful Georgian Bay! Public access beach is just a 5 minute walk away or enjoy the breathtaking view from the front porch. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit or use of the BBQ while overlooking the bay. The property is on well water with a new filtration system making for great drinking water. Inside you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen including tableware, basic condiments, coffee machine, kettle, pots and pans. Our cottage is a corner lot, approximately 50 by 100ft. It overlooks the Bay across the road. The main bedroom has a Queen bed and an extra small fold up single bed. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds. The living room contains 2 sofas, dining room table with 4 chairs and a television with Roku. Wifi is available. Note: only the Queen and 2 singles beds come with 100% cotton bedding.

We had a wonderful stay! Ramy was an excellent host and very responsive. The area was peaceful and we had a nice cozy fall stay in the cottage with the woodburning stove. Midland was close by, which made for a nice day trip into town to explore cute stores, delicious bakeries, and great coffee shops. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat not too far off the beaten path.
Great location with beautiful view! Lots of walking trails and access to waterfront nearby. The cottage was cozy with a nice spacious living room and lovely wood stove for the autumn evenings which kept the place nice and warm. Ramy was a great host, very helpful and quick to respond. Thank you Ramy, we enjoyed our stay!

Ramy's place was a beautiful, cozy, with a breathtaking view. the location was close to a beach and not far from the beach and essentials are easy to reach. An amazing location, host, and time.

About 10 minutes away is Midland where you’ll find a wide variety of grocery stores, restaurants, shops, fast food chains and big box retailers such as Canadian Tire and Rona.
The neighbourhood is ideal for biking, walking or jogging. No bus service in Port McNichol.
There is room for 2-3 cars maximum onsite. No street parking is permitted in this area.
