great please for a family get-together, with fantastic spaces downstairs to spend time together, would recommend it without hesitation.

This was a terrible experience, at some point between booking the place and getting check in instructions, the host added an clause requesting a Security Deposit for the place and against AirBnBs rules. I tried to reason with the host that this was against AirBnB policy but they refused to relent other than halving the deposit, which I foolishly paid. After vacating the property I was presented with photos of a minor red wine stain and £100 was taken from the security deposit, an outrageous out for a stain that could be removed with a £5 Carpet Stain Remover and 2 minutes of elbow grease. I hope this property is delisted by AirBnB who did nothing to help but it not I hope this serves as a warning as a place to avoid to others.

Molton House was very comfortable and the generous welcome pack was a lovely touch. The views from the back of the house were amazing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate and spotlessly clean but there were cobwebs and dust on the ceilings in other rooms. The cooker hob was very greasy. We found several ladybirds in 2 of the bedrooms and fruit flies in the kitchen. The local contact did offer to come over as soon as we advised her of this but that wasn't necessary. The games room in the garage was a great facility to have. It wasn't easy to find the property, especially when arriving in the dark and perhaps a small sign on the main road could help. We enjoyed our stay at Molton House but feel that a bit more attention to detail with cleaning would have made it even better.

What a lovely property. The home was well finished to the highest of standards and was equipped with everything that you might need. Little touches like a welcome basket, tea coffee and even dishwasher tablets are important as they are often the things that are forgotten. We really felt that this was a home from home for us. All of the beds were comfy and bedding was immaculate. Plenty of space for everyone in the group to spread out a bit as well. We came in 3 cars and parking was off the road and plentiful. Would recommend.

The actual hosts were brilliant and quick to respond going a little further to make our stay so wonderful. They were even so kind with the addition of Christmas decorations. Lovely warm and expansive home with room for 3-4 separate families. Local to Malvern and wonderful surroundings.
