Set high into the Malvern Hills, offering footpaths and bridleways with natural springs and long distance views. Great Malvern is a vibrant town with antique fairs, farmers’ markets and many auctions throughout the year, as well as the Great Malvern Food Festival in June. The show ground with a Spring Gardening Show that's not to be missed and a more traditional agricultural show in the summer months. For motor enthusiasts a visit to the Morgan Factory where you can step back in time. With many exciting trails to follow steeped in history; The Elgar Route, Black and White buildings trail and the Blossom trail in springtime. A trip to Eastnor Castle, Croome Court or one of the many National Trust homes or gardens. Enjoy the views before you step into an inviting entrance hall, a perfect place to take a seat and leave a day’s exploring behind with room for boots, walking sticks and coats. The entrance hall offers steps up into the lounge, a spacious room with a clever mix of both old and new with a TV/DVD access to Netflix and Amazon, take in the interesting artwork and soft furnishings as you relax with friends. A comfortable sofa bed with bedding provided is available in the living room. The kitchen/diner is just off the lounge, offering a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A large table and chairs takes centre stage and welcomes any celebration, the sash window provides natural light and interesting views. Further down the hallway you will find three bedrooms. A super-king-size with feature fireplace and views across the roof tops. A second super-king-size with outstanding views reaching as far as the Welsh mountains. A twin room with feature fireplace and stunning views. There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, and a shower room with shower and WC off the hallway. The mezzanine floor above the living room is now a second spacious seating area. The apartment offers direct access onto the Malvern Hills a short walk will take you to the green which is ideal for a lazy lunch time picnic. There is roadside parking (subject to availability) to the front of the property.
