It’s was our 1st time to Pagosa Springs! We pulled up and the cabin was absolutely stunning. The river was less than a 100 yards from the house. Restaurants and a couple of speakeasy are right around the corner. Hiking and walking trail are in walkin distance to the San Juan river walker. Hot spring are a must! Thank you Nikki and Pete for being so attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back!

Cute little cabin close to a park by the river. Walkable to many restaurants and shops! Will return again!

My girlfriend, dog, and I spent a weekend here and we loved it! The location is perfect and close to restaurants, the hot springs, and walking paths. The home was cute and had everything we needed (great smelling soap and soft sheets). Definitely recommend for a fun and peaceful getaway!

Awesome stay with Pete and Nikki. We booked last minute and they accommodated us and our pups. They checked in several times to see how we were doing. Awesome location right next to the river and within walking distance of great restaurants and the hot springs. Would definitely stay there again.
