This is a newly built guest house in a 3 home gated neighborhood only 7 minutes from downtown Kerrville! This exquisite home offers a spacious floor plan with full kitchen, king-size bed, spa like bathroom and all the amenities needed for a relaxing retreat. There is also a loft available with pull out sofa for additional guests. This bungalow overlooks 50+ acres of natural land with lots of wildlife to see. Enjoy the amazing sunsets from the lower patio or private rooftop deck! This brand new construction offers an open floorplan and tons of natural light (with room darkening shades!). The downstairs space has a king bed, sitting area and full kitchen supplied with utensils, basic cooking needs and a Keurig with coffee provided. There is a full bathroom with closet and a spacious stand up shower for guests to rinse off the day. There is a loft accessible with sliding library ladder system. The loft has a pull out queen sofa for additional guests. Outside, guests have full access to the front porch and patio as well as an upstairs balcony with seating and views for miles.

We had a wonderful stay. We really enjoy the place and the surroundings. It's quiet and peaceful, everything we were looking for when getting out of a big city.
We were fortunate enough to stay here during the eclipse. Courtney was a fantastic host--she went farther than the extra mile to help make sure we had everything we needed & were settled in. The property was fantastic--private, clean, quiet....was a great place the avoid the eclipse crowds & see totality. Yhe area around the property is beautiful. This is a great place to day-trip all around Hill Country.

Great couples spot or family with a few small kids. Mine would have loved the loft. Beautiful setting felt like a world away but five minutes from town. Will stay again when we come back.
Courtney’s home felt extremely peaceful & it’s so beautiful inside & out! We enjoyed our little weekend stay at Courtney’s home. It was nice, clean & very well organized. We lovedddd how comfortable the bed was & not to mention the bed comforter was everything! I know some reviews have mentioned about the front door not having any blinds or being able to see through it, DO NOT let this stop you from booking, the fact that not only is her home in a gated community but the surroundings there made us feel safe & comfortable. We had no issues or concerns about the front door! Thank you again for letting us stay in your home!!!

A very private gated community situated on 135 acres with only 3 houses. The neighborhood has mature oaks, rolling hills and plenty of areas to explore the outdoors and wildlife. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching deer, turkeys and aoudad roam free. The neighborhood itself offers endless space and serenity, but you are still only a 7 minute drive to the heart of downtown Kerrville and all the fun it has to offer! We are also only ~3 miles from Peterson Regional Hospital.
Free parking is available right outside the guest house and the road is a great place to take a walk to explore more of the terrain and wildlife around.
