Our stay was amazing! It was such a great location. It was walkable to restaurants, great hikes and the beach. The property was great with both the house and cottage.

Perfect cottage for a weekend getaway! Beautifully decorated, bright and cheerful, close to several restaurants, comfy, beautiful garden, and Phillip was easy to communicate with! Everything was great and hope to come back.

There were many positives, but the owners, in an effort to make the cottage feel upscale, installed way too many precious materials that didn't align with being one block from the beach (sand) and marble counters (we were very careful but why) and checked in with us almost intrusively. It's a very pretty cottage, but we would have liked extra toilet paper, spare garbage bags, less oversight, less stopping in. We had an unexpected guest (who didn't press the guest allowance) and notified them on arrival, but got a strident message (and more texts) from the host. It was hard to relax. Phillip was generous with an early check-in to drop off groceries/bags. We did have a few people over for brief periods for my husband's birthday, whih was generous, but overall I wished we'd have had a more relaxed experience with accurate check-in instructions (Wifi, garbage--it was a hassle to keep asking for basics). It's a great location/cottage. Room for improvement from hosts. Also a collander.

The location of the house can’t be beat. An easy walk to the beach, stores, restaurants, and a playground for kids. The house was very clean, beautifully furnished, well stocked, and the yard was perfect for our kids to enjoy. We hope to be back very soon!
