Very neat apartment with all the necessary items plus more. Friendly host and would recommend to anyone looking for a clean self contained apartment.

Erin’s place was absolutely perfect! I was up in Joondalup for a week of intensive workshops at uni and Erin’s place is essentially on campus it was perfect. It was clean and homely and perfect to come back to after a really long stressful day at uni. The kitchen and bathroom were perfect for what I needed and it was so so handy having a washer and dryer to use to wash my uniform when I needed to. The complex is super quiet and feels really safe and I never had any concerns when coming back at 8/9pm from uni. Erin was lovely to communicate with and made sure to contact me on the day I was due to check in to confirm my arrival time as there was an unexpected power outage at the complex and she wanted to make sure it would be sorted before I arrive - which it was :) Everything was great and I would definitely stay here again!!

great location, safe spot and close to shopping centres and parks, Erin was a great host and look forward to staying at there place again

Erin's appartment was well located for accessing Joondalup and surrounding area. The appartment itself was very clen and tidy and had everything you could need. Private parking was an extra bonus. We would definitely return and recommend this appartment.

We felt very much at hone during our stay. There were a couple of very minor maintence issues which were resolved immediately. Secure and onsite dedicated parking bay is avaiable on the top level. The car park turning at the top is tight, if you are not used to driving a large car/SUV take your time. Erin was a very friendly and approachable. We would return and stay again.
