Perfect for anyone who loves the freedom of self catering holidays, close to desirable beaches (Avon Beach) & the New Forest, but with the quality and standards of a good hotel, including on site facilities & entertainment. We provide all bedding & towels. 'Woodcote' is a comfortable & spacious 2 bedroom holiday home situated in a superb setting on the 5* Hoburne Holiday Park, Christchurch, Dorset. The holiday home sleeps 4 comfortably, and is ideal for a couple, family, or two sets of friends. The sofa in the lounge also has a pull out double bed as additional sleeping space. (One small to medium dog allowed - please make a request prior to booking. There is an additional charge of £30 per trip for your four legged friend) It is a modern & well looked after 'home from home', with many home comforts, including good quality fixtures & fittings, exceeding the typical standard you may find in many other holiday homes. Full central heating throughout makes it a perfect place for autumn & winter breaks too. The main entrance door opens in to a light and airy open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen, recently refurbished, is fitted with an integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher, built in electric oven & hob and a microwave. There is everything you could possibly need to prepare anything from breakfast, snacks and lunch to a 3 course dinner. Plenty of crockery, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. The dining area has a table and four dining chairs (not wobbly caravan stools!). The bright, airy and comfortable lounge area has a feature electric fire for cosy nights in watching TV (smart TV), playing games or reading a good book. (Please feel free to swap a book if you need a new read). A new large corner sofa provides seating for all guests. The master bedroom, with a king size bed, bedside cabinets has it's own en-suite wc with wash basin & plenty of wardrobe hanging space & drawer space for all those holiday outfits. There is also a tv for chilling in bed with a cuppa & catching up on your favourite programmes. A twin bedroom, with 2 single beds (slightly narrower than a standard single bed) and a bedside cabinet has a wardrobe (with coat hangers), with drawers under, and use of a separate family shower room. The south facing outside decking area (with gate) is accessed via the main entrance door from the kitchen/dining area & provides a fantastic space for a spot of sunbathing or the perfect place for al fresco dining - your mid morning coffee, afternoon cuppa or that holiday cocktail or glass of wine. To get you started, on arrival you can expect a small welcome pack with tea, sugar, coffee, biscuits and semi skimmed milk - just enough for your arrival cuppa. Included in the price you pay is a full clean of the holiday home after your visit, when we will launder all of the linen and towels on changeover. We do not provide a daily service for making beds/cleaning etc. All beds will be made up for your arrival & bath & hand towels as well as oven gloves, tea towels & bath mat will be provided for you.
