We'd love to invite you to stay in our well maintained, luxury 3 bedroom holiday home on the 5* Hoburne Park, Christchurch. 'Emma's Retreat' is perfect for anyone who loves the freedom of self catering holidays close to desirable beaches & the New Forest but with the quality & standards of a good hotel including on site facilities & entertainment. Our holiday home is fitted out to provide you with home from home comfort. We provide all bedding but hand towels only - no bath towels. 'Emma's Retreat' is a luxurious 3 bedroom holiday home with an en-suite WC to the main bedroom and a main shower room, situated in a superb setting at the 5* Hoburne Holiday Park, Christchurch, Dorset. The holiday home sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 bedrooms. It is a modern, bright, fun & well looked after 'home from home', with many home comforts, including good quality fixtures & fittings, exceeding the typical standard you may find in many other holiday homes. The main entrance door opens in to a light and airy open plan living, dining & kitchen area. Directly in front of you is the fully fitted kitchen with a full size oven & hob, microwave and a large fridge/freezer. There is everything you could possibly need to prepare anything from breakfast, snacks and lunch to a 3 course dinner. Plenty of crockery, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. The dining area, to the left has 4 individual chairs (not those wobbly caravan stools found in most caravans!). At the far end of the open plan area is the bright, airy and comfortable lounge, with a feature electric fire for cosy nights watching TV, a film, reading or playing games. A 3 seater & 2 seater sofa provides plenty of seating for everyone to chill & relax. The TV with built in DVD player in the lounge means you can still keep up to date with your favourite TV programmes while you're on holiday or bring along your favourite film on DVD and enjoy a 'cinema evening' in. The master bedroom, with double bed & bedside cabinets has it's own en-suite WC & basin. There is still space for a fitted dressing table, a double wardrobe, drawers & plenty of storage cupboards providing lots of space for all those holiday outfits. Two further twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (smaller size) have a bedside cabinet & wardrobe/storage in each room. The outside space, a sunny deck is accessed via the main entrance door. The fitted gate and balustrade provides security for small children. The large outside table & chairs on the decking provide the perfect place for al fresco dining or your mid morning coffee, afternoon cuppa or that holiday cocktail or glass of wine - Or just a bit of sun bathing! You'll find a sun umbrella & soft cushions for the outside chairs stored in the van. To get you started, on arrival you can expect a welcome pack with tea, sugar, coffee, biscuits and semi skimmed milk - just enough for your arrival cuppa. We provide all bed linen & hand towels in the bathrooms as well as bath mats, tea towels & oven gloves. We do NOT provide bath towels or beach/pool towels so please remember to bring those with you. All beds will be made up on your arrival. Included in the price you pay is a full clean of the holiday home after your visit, when we will launder all of the linen and towels on changeover.
