A modern & luxury 2 bedroom holiday home with an en-suite to the king size master bedroom plus a second shower room which is situated in a superb setting on the 5* Hoburne Holiday Park in Christchurch, Dorset. The holiday home sleeps 4 comfortably and is ideal for a couple, family, or two sets of friends (2 extra guests possible for short stays on the sofa bed in the lounge - own bedding to be provided). A modern & well looked after 'home from home', with many home comforts, including good quality fixtures & fittings, exceeding the typical standard you may find in many other holiday homes. The main entrance door opens in to a light and airy open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Kitchen & dining area - The fully fitted kitchen is fitted with a full size oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave and built in large fridge/freezer. There is everything you could possibly need to prepare anything from breakfast, snacks and lunch to a 3 course dinner. Plenty of crockery, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. You'll even find a Cafeteria & Tassimo coffee machine so no need to bring yours from home. The dining area has a table and four dining chairs (not wobbly caravan stools!). Lounge - At the far end of the open plan area, with patio doors leading directly out to the decking, is the luxurious, bright, airy, and comfortable lounge, with a feature electric fire for cosy nights watching TV (flat screen smart TV), reading or playing games. Two 2 seater sofas provide plenty of comfortable seating for all guests. You will find a few games/books in the foot stool for your use. Bedrooms - The master bedroom, with a king size bed & bedside cabinets also has it's own en-suite shower room and a large walk-in wardrobe which are cleverly concealed behind doors at either side of the bed. There is still plenty of space in the bedroom for a fitted dressing table with stool, and drawers, providing even more space to hang up those holiday outfits. There is also a wall mounted TV. A twin bedroom, with 2 single beds (slightly narrower than a standard single bed) and a bedside cabinet has a wardrobe (with coat hangers), plenty of shelf & cupboard space and use of a separate family shower room. Cosy throws for each bed are also provided should the English weather really not be on your side. We can also provide a travel cot (bedding not provided) & a highchair - please request this at the time of booking so we can make sure it is set up for your arrival. There is no charge for either of these. Outside - The outside space, a wrap around deck is accessed via the main entrance door from the kitchen/dining area or from the patio doors in the lounge providing access to a sunny decking area. Ideal for a spot of sunbathing! PLEASE NOTE - THE DECKING DOES NOT HAVE A GATE SO IS NOT SECURE FOR DOGS OR SMALL CHILDREN. The outside table and chairs provide the perfect place for al fresco dining or your mid morning coffee, afternoon cuppa or that holiday cocktail or glass of wine (sun umbrella with stand also provided). Please bring your own pool/ beach towels as these are NOT provided. To get you started, you can expect a welcome pack with tea, sugar, coffee, ground coffee, pods & biscuits - just enough for your arrival cuppa - we'll even provide fresh milk in the fridge for you. Towels and laundry: We provide the following for your use during your stay: - 1 hand towel per shower room 1 bath mat per shower room Kitchen - one tea towel, one hand towel, oven gloves Included in the price you pay is a full clean of the holiday home after your visit, when we will launder all of the linen and towels on changeover.
