Beautiful house in mature neighborhood, with safe walkable streets yet close to commercial areas and major roads. Updated home includes all needs and was well stocked with items like soap, dish and laundry detergent, and even coffee and supplies. Hosts were very responsive and proactive. Would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone wanting a home as a stay in State College.

This place was the absolute perfect spot for us. There was a large group of women that were coming into town for a bowling tournament and we all wanted to stay together. This place was perfect. It fit all of us it was in a great neighborhood we walked around the neighborhood and felt very safe. It was close to everything and everywhere we wanted to go. Ross and Evelyn were so fabulous at communicating. And they were so pleasant. They never took any of my questions as silly or unworthy of their time. I wish I had a reason to go back to the area just to stay at their place again. I am going to definitely reach out to my fellow bowlers. If anyone needs a place I’m going to highly recommend this.

Home was accurately described but better in person. This is ideal for a large family or group as there are multiple bedrooms, beds and living room areas. Hosts were extremely responsive and checkin couldn’t have been easier. I would certainly book this again. Thank you!!!
