Seascape Serenity is a newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath ocean front condo north of the historic Cayucos pier. Seascape Serenity is just steps down to a shared beach access, and a short walk to the shops and restaurants of downtown Cayucos. The condo has a full kitchen and features a spacious living room, dining area, and patio where you'll never lose sight of the Cayucos Pier. Each rental is stocked with basic start-up products; i.e., toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing liquid, and hand soap. Pets are not allowed unless an agreement is made with owner. Smoking is NOT permitted - Vapes, Oil lamps, candles, and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning.
