Location! Location! Location! We attended a conference at the Philadelphia Convention Centre in April 2024. The parking lot of the Centre is located directly across the street from the apartment building. The area is extremely well lit. It is a well-seasoned neighborhood but we felt extremely safe. The building is unassuming. Once you walk up the stairs, walk down the hallway and enter the apartment, you can hear the angels sing: “Aaaaahhhhhhh.” It is a beautiful space that looks exactly like the photos. It was very nice and clean. Rudy is a jewel! His policies were beyond clear and gracious! We made a number of changes to guests who would dwell in the apartment (not over the 5 pers. max.). With patience, Rudy made sure we had enough dishes, towels, bed linen, blankets & more. When one item was getting low, Rudy did not hesitate to provide a viable solution! He should be listed as a SuperHost! Keep up the Excellent Work Rudy!!!! This space was an unbelievable find!!! I’d return!

Rudy was very reactive in responding and took care of any issue right away. The location is very central and perfect for a quick stay in the city. Although, I would recommend to update the pictures of the space.

Great little place, very close to Philly tourist destinations-easy to walk to Liberty Bell and reading market and food and downtown. Very small-would have been better for a couple or 3 people than 4 full size adults. But still very cute and handy to be near everything.
