Private master bedroom w/ shared full bathroom in a comfortable well furnished centrally located home, with a friendly, well traveled, and quiet professional male with extensive knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area. Can be as unobtrusive or engaged as you would like. Close to downtown, freeways, ferry, public transportation, hospitals, refineries, and wine country. 1 night Minimum / 28 day maximum stay. No pets and some smoking areas of house/outdoors. $30 ($20 minimum) cleaning deposit The room is a fairly large contemporary bedroom with new furnishings with plenty of storage for two. Queen bed, new mattress, 42” 4K mounted LG Tv with built in apps and Chromecast for casting. AC and in room temperature controlled heater.

Leisurely walk to Historic Downtown through Vallejo's Historic District and waterfront, ferry, yachts, with many old buildings from the early California history. Vallejo was named after the Spanish Governor of California before it became a U.S. State. Vallejo was the first capitol of California just before Sacramento. Nearby Mare Island was the first Naval Yard on the U.S. west coast and has interesting museums and artifacts.

A short walk gets you to 30 minute bus ride to BART Rapid Transit that can take you all over the San Francisco Bay Area. Greyhound bus stop a ten minute walk away. All Hospitals within a 8 minute drive. All Refineries within 20 minute drive. Touro University 8 minute drive away.

I recently moved to Vallejo from Sausalito but also lived in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area so I know it very well and all its charms. Originally from NYC but I've lived in California a long time. I try to be engaged and helpful with guests but allow them their space. My place does not have a lot of rules but reasonable ones. People find me to be open minded, compassionate, fair, kind, non-judgmental, fun loving, confident & relaxed.
