I parked on the fifth floor of the parking garage. The elevator was broken so I had to walk down the parking deck with luggage to the hotel lobby. This is not the Julie’s fault, but definitely worth mentioning. The room has a slight odor. Upon walking in the room I knew it wasn’t the place for me. There weren’t sufficient locks on the door. The stove was filthy. The refrigerator had what appeared to be visible mold/mildew. The screen to the balcony was busted and torn. The bar stools were dirty. There were holes in the bedroom and closet walls. When I called Julie, she did not pick up then I was connected to Airbnb. They attempted contact with Julie, but no response up nearly 24 hours later. I was connected with 5 Airbnb ambassadors before Charles called me on Sunday afternoon to resolve my concerns and get me a refund. I received a message from Julie inquiring about my 5 star experience. I left the room right after getting pictures requested by Airbnb. I wish I could post the pics.

The condo was beautiful, clean, secure area & we enjoyed our stay. Julie & her team were helpful & responsive. We would definitely stay at this condo in the future.
