Bill’s place is a good spot in SF. Easy access to everything . I would like to commend the Filipino receptionist too(nighshift), the Asian front desk(dayshift) and Elizabeth and the rest of the staffs.Kudos!

The room was very quiet and comfortable, in a very good location. I had a great time, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. This is a great choice!

This is a great deal! I didn’t think I can stay in the heart of SF without spending $200 per night. Very close to Hayes Valley and Civic center, stylish and cozy hotel, small but has everything , and the kitchenette is very practical! My personal experience here is great 😊 definitely recommend.

This is a timeshare hotel listed on Airbnb. Accordingly, the experience will be closer to a hotel with a front desk and super helpful concierges. The room is small and comfy but it also has cutlery, fridge and a microwave that is incredibly useful for you to order food in. The communication on the initial check-in will be shared by William or Jessica but later everything will be handled by the front desk. Mari and Cesar, the concierges were extremely helpful concierges who helped me throughout my stay with wonderful tips and ideas and also supported me when I lost my mobile phone in the city. They were always up for friendly and witty conversation and they give you the best oatmeal cookies in town! I enjoyed my stay and felt super at home even though this was more of a timeshare resort. The room as such was suitable for 1 guest but 2 people could manage if only for a couple of nights. It's a great place to stay if you're just visiting the city on a short trip.
