The dolphin house was wonderful! We used the beach resort passes a few times and they were great, just as advertised. Key Colony Beach is a great spot and we can’t wait to go back.

Fred's place was fantastic and we had a great time. Love that it was a quiet area and had a great patio bar in back. The place was spotless upon arrival and everything was as described. The marina around the corner had great prices on kayak rentals as well. Would stay again and highly recommend. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This location is a gem! It is walking distance to a private beach and very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to The Keys!

My family and I recently stayed at Fred's place for 1 week. Had a wonderful stay, the pictures do not do it justice. We have a toddler so the park and extra bed (pull out couch) were essential. Also access to the beach club was a game changer. We really needed access to pools as well as the beach (for the toddler) and the club access made a huge difference for us! Would stay again, highly recommend!
