Pauline was an amazing host and the house was beautiful. I felt very comfortable and I stayed there for 6 months. The house is very clean and spacious. Pauline also responds very fast and made me feel like home. Would 100% recommend!
Pauline und ihr Mann waren wunderbare Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist großzügig vom Platz her und sehr clean eingerichtet. Mein Zimmer war unterm Dach aber dank eines guten AC konnte die Temperatur angenehm eingestellt werden. Die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räume wurden auch immer gut sauber gehalten und darauf geachtet dass sich kein Müll ansammelt. Ich war insgesamt über zwei Monate in dieser Unterkunft und hatte alles was ich alltäglich brauchte. Es gab genug Platz zum Verstauen der persönlichen Gegenstände, sowie Lebensmittel und die Waschmaschine und Trockner haben gut funktioniert. die Kommunikation war immer schnell und freundlich. Die nächste Bahnstation ist nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und von dort aus braucht man ca 30 Minuten bis nach Manhattan. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden gewesen. Danke
Pauline and her husband Niji are the best hosts you can have. Check-in is very easy and everything is always clean! Since they are living downstairs, you can always approach them and ask questions. They also put out the trash every day and clean the public spaces. The apartment looks exactly as advertised and they will do everything to make your stay great. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet and there is great access to Manhattan via various subway lines. This is the perfect place for long stays in New York and I would definitely book it again!
I was lucky enough to stay at Pauline and her husband’s place this past month. I have nothing but great things to say about them and the unit. The kitchen and living room are very spacious, and the room has plenty of space for all of my belongings. It’s a short walk to the J train and restaurants. HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a short commute to downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan. Pauline and her husband were so accommodating and their communication was fantastic. Thank you again for letting me stay here!!!
