I had a great week long stay! It was a great space for me as a solo traveler and I enjoyed being able to walk or ride the train wherever I needed to go. Really friendly host too! There were many things provided also in case you needed it or don’t usually pack like first aid things. Would definitely stay again!

Clifford is a gracious, thoughtful, and very responsive host. Clear communication with him before my arrival, and his personal welcome and showing me the space made me feel right at home. The studio apartment situated above a garage is very comfortably furnished (great bed!) and offers both ample workspace and comfortable lounging for reading or watching TV. The European size bath and shower offers everything one might need. In fact, several drawers offer everything one might need but may have forgotten. A lovely snack basket and local guidebooks help a guest feel right at home. A couple could be quite comfortable here, but my month-long stay as a single person was delightful. This place worked perfect for us. The host was awesome. We had issues with the TV a few times and he came down to personally help fix it. Super easy to deal with. Great host! Although this was not a vacation for us so the location did not matter much it is located very conveniently to entertainment (walkable) plus easy highway access to get to all of the great sites in the city.

Would definitely stay here again! The place was just as described and packed full of all the amenities you could imagine. The hosts were flexible with the check in time, which was greatly appreciated as we had a last minute change to our schedule. The location is fantastic with many restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to Forest Park. The room was neat and orderly, but there was a thin layer of dust on most things throughout the room and some hard water buildup in the shower. However, it was minimal and not at all noticed by my partner. I would definitely recommend this location for people who have mold and other allergies since it is a newer addition to the older homes in this area. I stayed in a location a block away last year and was greatly suffering with my allergies, but had no issues at all at this location. Highly recommend this spot!
