We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a good location. Perfect for short or longer stays like ours. Cody was always available to help in any way. Comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend.

The house itself was very cute, clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nicely updated. The kitchen and kitchen amenities were very inadequate. The inside of cupboards were very dirty. Opened food was left in cupboards . The utility end of the kitchen had no light. We used our phone flashlight to use microwave and coffee pot. Hardly any utensils, minimal silverware or cooking tools, pans, baking pans. Dishes were plastic and only 3 coffee mugs. We did not know that someone would be living in the basement. The sound from there was like they were in the same room. All conversations, television and daily living noises were clearly heard. We had no use of back patio as advertised. As stated the house itself was adorable. Amenities were lacking.

We had a great stay in this cute home near the state fair grounds. It made our stay convenient.
