This cozy updated home gives you the feeling of being home while away from home. KITCHEN This charmingly modern kitchen is fully equipped for making some delicious meals during your stay. It features a G00gle nest, stainless steel appliances such as a gas stove and convection oven, large fridge with freezer and ice trays, Cuisinart coffee maker with both whole pot brewing capability as well as individual k-cups, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, handheld mixer, and dishwasher. We provide ground coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener substitutes, creamer for you to enjoy during your stay. There are also pots, pan, Mr. Coffee coffee maker, bakeware, baking sheets, tea kettle, food storage containers, cutting boards, hand-held cheese grater, knives, measuring cups, measuring spoons, mixing bowls, strainer, a mixing spoon, slotted spoon, slotted turner, ladle, spatula, tongs, ladle, pizza cutter, a masher, peeler, whisk, potholders, kitchen towels, oven mitts, can opener, wine stopper, bottle opener, wine opener, grill tools, plates, bowls, silverware, coffee mugs, beer glasses, wine glasses, and water glasses as well as children’s plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. There are some cleaning supplies including all-purpose cleaner, dishwasher pods, sponges, dish soap, hand soap, extra trash bags, and some paper towels. As well as a broom, dustpan, mop, bucket, and vacuum. DINING & SITTING ROOM The sitting room features a classic dining table with 6 chairs, a comfy linen couch, two chair, side table, light filtering blinds, The Nest thermostat, credenza with large mirror, lamp, diffuser, charging station and a coat closet with a baby gate, baby bath, highchair and a pack n’ play. BEDROOMS There are three bedrooms in the home. They all feature brand new comfy beds, hotel style linens, light filtering blinds, closets with luggage racks, fans and plenty of hangers. Two are located on the main floor and the third door stairs. The master bedroom features a brand-new comfy queen mattress, two nightstands with lamps, a 50’’ Roku TV, room darkening curtains, and lots of cozy linens and pillows. The second bedroom on the main floor features a brand-new comfy queen mattress, two nightstands with lamps, room darkening curtains and lots of cozy linens and pillows. OFFICE/THIRD BEDROOM There is an office located downstairs in the basement that can be used as a third bedroom. It features a twin bed with trundle, hotel style linens and pillows, desk with lamp, area rug, closet with luggage rack and plenty of hangers. BATHROOMS There are two bathrooms in the home. One is a full-sized bathroom, located on the main floor that features a full-sized tub with shower head, vanity, mirror, toilet, hand soap spa quality shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels, cotton swabs, cotton balls, a hair dryer and extra toilet paper can be found in the linen closet just outside of the bathroom in the main hallway. You will also find a first aid, tool kit, and children’s toys, baby monitor, outlet cover, changing mat, and linens in the drawer of the linen closet. The second bathroom is a three-quarter bath located door stairs. This bathroom features a full-sized shower and toilet with cotton balls, cotton swabs, and bath towels. A vanity and mirror can be found in the laundry room as well as hand soap, hand towels, and hair dryer. ENTERTAINMENT ROOM Located downstairs in the basement, there is a spacious entertainment room with a large blue sofa, ottoman, fireplace (not accessible to guests), wireless charger, lamp, TV stand, 65’’ Smart TV so you can browse your favorite apps like Netflix and Hulu, board games, basket with blanket and lots of throw pillows. CHILDRENS PLAYROOM This home offers a spacious play area for the little ones. This area features a couch, area rug, dry erase table and chairs, dual sided easel, play kitchen, toys, cube storage with bins or toys, children’s books for a wide range of ages and interest. LAUNDRY There is a washer and dryer located downstairs, in the basement. We have provided a few complimentary detergent pods for your use as well there is an iron and ironing board. CHILDREN This space provides many items with children’s interests in mind. The playroom with many toys, plates bowls, cups, silverwares. Baby gate, highchair, changing mat, outlet covers, pack n’ play with linens, baby monitors and much more! OUTSIDE You will have exclusive access to your own fenced backyard so you can keep an eye on the little ones while letting them enjoy the outdoors. There is a sitting area with a propane firepit, grill, string lights for ambiance and yard games. There is a cottage located on the property with their own dedicated fenced in yard and parking. You will likely not run into the other guests as their cottage is accessed off the alley. PARKING You will have exclusive access to two parking spots behind the house just down the alley driveway. There is also plenty of street parking in the front of the house.
