The bushes & palm tree have grown over the sidewalk so they hit you every time you walk to the entry.The person checking the unit in the morning of our arrival didn't turn on the ac so it was 96/97 upon arrival. 122 outside. Then the ac didn't work. Evolve was quick to respond and haf the owner call. He quickly had an ac company come out and fix it. It did take until 5am to cool the house to 80. Could not sleep. The pellet grill was filthy and after cleaning it it did not work. We brought steak, hamburgers and hot dogs to grill but had to cook on the stove. This was a special trip to meet our first grandchild. The house is very nice inside but the pantry light never shut off. Told our host who said she knew about it already. I called the host about food being left in the freezer (french fries) and said they left it for us to use. Who would used food left by a stranger? Spoke to the host about a refund for the first day and was told to contact the owner. He never responded.

Great spot very clean exactly as described in the ad. Everything was very clean well organized. Lots of stuff provided to make it easy to stay there and they were very helpful with early early check in and out as well as any other stuff that needed to be answered or helped with.
