Jane was very helpful and welcoming. We were up in Wakefield for a friend's party and the room was perfect for our needs - a comfy bed and a tasty breakfast.

Highly recommended, Jane is certainly a super host, she couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. The bed was very comfy and warm and the room had everything I needed. The flat was perfect for a visit to The Hepworth. Jane was very easy to communicate with and went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable and stress free. Secure parking was a real bonus.

Jane is a great host. You better like hot drinks because they were plentiful. Felt at home from the minute we arrived. For the money you won't beat this place. Good pub across the street and a great gin bar. Highly recommend staying here for touring the Yorkshire Dales and the Yorkshire coast..

Jane was really friendly and made me feel so welcome, especially as she made a real effort to find me the best curry place in town. The room was clean and comfortable and very convenient for the Hepworth Wakefield. A really great stay in lovely Wakefield.
