Warm natural brick finish throughout with a glazed atrium for star gazing at night and creating a bright, sunny room during the day with large private patio. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Built with the environment in mind - it has underfloor heating, a solar unit to provide hot water and a rainwater harvester to supply the WC and washing machine.

We had a lovely stay in Tracey’s annex. The annexe is done to a very high standard and had everything you could possibly need, with a bonus of some outside space! We attended a gig at Ally Pally and walked there and back in around 20 mins, Tracey was very responsive and recommended a few pubs for Sunday lunch. We went to Maynard Arms which was lovely (we prebooked as was Easter Sunday) without a doubt would stay here again if wanted to stay in the area. The bed was so comfortable with high quality linen. Thank you Tracey.
What a fabulous place - the best airbnb I’ve stayed in in London. Easy to get to, great location, peaceful, stylish decor and everything you need. Tracey was really helpful before check in with plenty of information and help. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, but would like to keep it all to myself! Will hopefully be back!

Lovely place in North London, close to transportation and very cozy. Tracey, the host, was really nice and helped us with everything we needed! I would definitely come back for another stay!

A quiet Edwardian suburb in North London - 10 minutes walk to Alexandra Palace with outstanding views of London. Muswell Hill Broadway is also about a 10 minute walk away with a range of cafes, restaurants and independent stores. Bus routes at the end of our road will take you to either the Northern or Piccadilly Underground Lines with regular services into the West End.
