The apartment is on a quiet residential street opposite a golf course. It is located on the first floor of a residential block of four, has its own private entrance and is accessed via stairs. The apartment is set over one floor comprising two bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, one bathroom, a verandah and a private, enclosed garden.

Business booking - Good space for required use. Business trip of 2 gentleman who prefer to be able to cook for themselves in the evening rather than pub/hotel food whilst working away.
What a beautiful pristine apartment very comfortable everything you could wish for definitely stay again.
Lovely clean and warm flat. Decorated to a really high standard. Great quality beds. Small kitchen but had everything we needed for a short stay. Emma was a very welcoming host. We had an issue with the gate and she came to our aid very quickly and resolved the issue. She even dropped us at the nearest tube - thanks again! Good location for getting into central London. Area nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend 👌

Palace, the apartment is approximately 15 minutes walk to Muswell Hill village which is one of the loveliest parts of North London, often overlooked for more central spots in the capital.
Expect quiet, verdant streets lined with cosy pubs, bookshops and independent boutiques; along with great spots for a cocktail and flavourful food.
Plentiful and free on-street parking for drivers and accessible on the tube (Piccadilly Line Bounds Green) or overground train New Southgate.
Muswell Hill has long attracted actors and musicians to reside here including The Kinks and Madness who retreated here to hang out between touring.
The world famous Alexandra
Palace, with its exceptional views, is a 25 minute walk from the property whilst the charming, somewhat Bohemian, Muswell Hill Village is 15 mins away where you'll find an array of independent restaurants, welcoming bars and interesting shops.
The apartment is also well located for Highgate Village, worth a visit for it's old London charm. The beautiful Highgate Woods is an oasis of calm and a great place to take a picnic on a sunny afternoon. Wembley Stadium and Tottenham Arena are both a 10 minute Uber ride away for those inclined.
The property is ideal for guests with cars as there is unrestricted and plentiful free parking available on the quiet street.
